Are you able to check our letter I have sent to the appeals box to make sure it complies with requirements?

As far as I can see, your letter meets all the requirements.

It correctly addresses:

• • • the lawfulness of the admission arrangements,
    • whether they were correctly applied,
    • the relevant factors in the school's case for prejudice,
    • the panel's stage one decision on prejudice,
    • the relevant factors in your case (although only you can say whether all the really important points have been included),
    • and the balancing stage.

• • 2.25 The panel must ensure that the decision is easily comprehensible so that the parties can understand the basis on which the decision was made. The decision letter must contain a summary of relevant factors that were raised by the parties and considered by the panel.
