[*]Looking for some sound and sensible advice please. My son scored 105 in the Berks 11+ and he would like me to appeal on his behalf. What are the realistic chances of an appeal being successful?

To start with, when you say Berks schools, can you confirm whetehr you mean one of the Slough schools or Reading school?

I know appeals for Reading school are notoriously difficult to win but there has been a few over the years. I think we have some info from somewhere, so I will have a look for it.

However for Slough schools I don’t know.

Welcome to Appeals! :)

Previous data can provide some clues, but the main factor will be how strong a case you can put together.
