Ds scored 116 and we are submitting review form. We got HT support form today, he's given 2:2 and also mentioned year 5 Cats scores which are English 108, Maths 126 and NVR 112. Can anyone please advise whether these look ok?

Welcome. Presumably you've looked at Etienne's advice?

The CATs look a bit low to me.
Some other questions:
* How many of the other 2:2s qualified?
* What are the KS2 predictions?
* What levels have been recorded for Year 2, 3, 4 and 5?
* How strongly has the Head worded his statement?

Thanks Guest, We are not sure as of how many 2:2 qualified but school has good record of 11+ pass, Ks2 predictions are over 110.

year 4 and year 5 results are EXS except maths year 5 which is GDS.

HT has not used words like 'Highly recommended' or 'strongly' but only said that he feels DS has potential and may be suitable.

Welcome! :)

I agree with Guest55.

Have you seen the Q&As?

Expected level only?
he feels DS has potential and may be suitable
To be honest, "may be suitable" is the sort of cautious comment likely to be used with a '3' recommendation. Unless the definition has changed, a '2' is supposed to mean "Very able so recommended without any reservation”.
The mismatch will be noticed by the panel.

What were the levels for Year 2?

Any exceptional circumstances at the time of the test?

Thanks Etienne, we have consultant letter to support extenuating circumstances. We are also disputing some factual mistakes in HT letter though it seems too late.
