Hi. We are thinking of appealing a GS place for DS entry sept 2018. He passed 11+ and wasn’t allocated 1st choice. Whilst we aren’t catchment for 1st choice school, boys of our distance have been offered 5 out of past 7 years. Quick question on the appeal, do we have to argue why school should offer more places or just the personal circumstances why we think DS should be offered place? Sorry if stupid question! Thanks

Hi KT36
As per my reply to your specific question on Bucks re: numbers on roll, please don't bother trying to overturn the school's case. There will be so many appeals for boys' places in South Bucks this year that it will all come down to your individual case.
