wajj2004's appeal (Birmingham)

Post by wajj2004 »

Hi would the appeal board accept any new evidence at this late stage?
Would it be possible to produce some on the actual day of the appeal?

Thanks

It is up to the Chair to decide - and it will delay the proceedings as the panel members and the presenting officer (school / LA rep) must have time to read through and evaluate the new information. So e.g. a couple of letters may be okay, but a twenty page document less likely, unless nineteen pages are clearly summarised on the twentieth, if you see what I mean. If you do want something new to be looked at, you should take five copies of it (panel x3, presenting officer, clerk, yourself).

Thanks

Hi

All your questions about late evidence and dress code are answered in the Q&As.

Might be worth a read?

Panellists might be a little distracted by acres of case flesh, but in terms of actual clothing, it doesn't really matter. Wear what you feel comfortable in.
