Need Help Finding 'Marys Letter' for Selection Review

Most likely going to go ahead with Selection Review after meeting with Head. She said would support DS.
I have read so many posts on this and some mention 'Marys Letter' as a good template to base things on. But I can't find it !
Can someone please let me know what the link is ?
