Deb70 - I think you are focusing far too much on the outcome of the review; please try to think about other things. It is not the end of the world whatever the outcome - there are far more important things to think about 
The HT recommendation is just part of the picture - every bit of data has to fit together to say the same thing.
I am no fan of the HT review system but OOC are treated exactly the same in this.
