We are appealing to The Judd School and The Skinners' School in Kent for different reasons. Will the members of the panel be the same people for both schools?? Thank you

Difficult to say - it is possible, depending on what local panel members have been asked (or have volunteered) to do.
You may find that the two panels are entirely different. Or it may be that one, or (less commonly) two or even three panel members are the same.
If this does happen, I hope the panel members concerned are mindful that they should not take into account any information that is not part of the case they are hearing.

It does of course feel awkward if you want to put forward two very different cases, but as far as I can see, there is nothing in the rules to require completely different panels.
