Well... we've just received our decision via e-mail and I'm absolutely delighted to confirm our appeal was upheld.
Thank you so much for the fantastic information on this site and the support received, without which we would not have been able to put together our case.
It all feels very surreal, but we're all over-the-moon with the outcome.
