From 1 April 2008, we have a new advice service â€“ the LGO Advice Team. You can call an adviser, who will listen to you and say whether we can consider your complaint. If we can the adviser will take down the details, explain our role and tell you what will happen next. The service is available from 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
