THIRD TIME LUCKY - WE WON OUR APPEAL!!!!

How did you get to appeal three times, I thought you only had one chance... Have I missed something?

I presume she appealed for 3 different schools. Say, your son had done Handsworth Boys, Bishop Vesey's and King Edward. I believe you could have appealed 3 times.
Five years ago, I appealed to 3 different comprehensives in Birmingham to try to secure an alternative to our local school.

Here, in Bexley, you can appeal to any school on your CAF.

sorry for the confusion -

Third Time Lucky, actually means that I had 3 Appeals at 3 different schools, of which the first two failed but my third and final appeal (held on 26th June) was upheld!!. All three schools were on my CAF form.

Just to add - you can appeal for as many schools as you like, provided that you have applied and been refused.

You know, I'm glad everything worked out for you in the end and well done!

My appeal was stressful enough, how you handled three is beyond me, I was, and still are sometimes on the verge of suicide!
