we were going to mention that there were a few noises air craft flying over ,photo copier ,telephone ringing and air con making noise and now that we have notes that were made by the invigilator we have the evidence to support it .Also forgot to say my husband was not here

As the invigilator's notes support the several disturbances, you can certainly mention them. I would be very cautious though, because the panel are bound to ask if your daughter mentioned them after the tests. Of course, you may have been like me when DS1 took the test - I just didn't think to ask him if anything happened during the test!
Is your husband away from home fairly regularly, or was this absence exceptional? If he is away regularly then the panel will probably not take account of it unless your daughter is always upset when he is away. In that case I think they may wonder why you didn't mention it in the letter.
As neither of these points were in your original letter there is the risk that you may appear to be hunting for excuses with the benefit of hindsight. Proceed with considerable caution!
