Downloading CDs - will this work?

I realise that I can only install a CD onto one machine.
However, I need to be able to download to one PC, copy across to another PC via flash memory drive, and then install/ activate on the latter machine.
Please can anyone tell me if this is possible?

Please copy the setup.exe from CD to the flash drive and run it in the PC where you intend to install it. This PC must be connected to the Internet at the time of activation. This is a one time process and once activated it can be used without Internet. Hope that helps.
