Registration Form to sit the test.

You will automatically receive this form from your child's primary school if they attend one in Warks, but I've included a link for those who would prefer not to wait until the hard copy is given out in mid-June (or if your child attends an out of catchment school).

It seems that there is no email notification of results this year. I wasn't aware that email notification was going to stop.

Does it mean that the allocated school place information might be emailed?

Is it just the test scores results that will not be emailed?

What happened last year?

In any case the 11 plus form needs posting in to arrive before 17th July separate to the secondary admissions form - I would advise getting a proof of posting at the very least!!

It refers to the TEST RESULTS not being emailed.

Proof of delivery very wise.

We also need to leave 4 days for posting and enough time for the Head of child's school to sign the form to confirm that the photo of the child corresponds with the info on the form.

I would wave it under the Head's nose, rather than leaving it in an in tray somewhere, if at all possible.

They are going to email the school offer if you apply online.
They have never sent out 11+ results by email.
