Are 2 Warwickshire preferences plus a Leicestershire fall-back sufficient. There are actually 7 preferences on the Warwickshire CAF.

I would strongly advise you to send an Email with your submission to Leicestershire LEA stating stating other schools that you would have applied for if you had not been disadvantaged by the limited choice on the lecestershire form.

I have done this successfully with Worcs (also 3 choices) and it does seem to work if you are faced with a late submission scenario (due to the move)

Thanks for the advice.

We SHOULD have exchanged and completed way before 5th Feb and then we adjust our choices to reflect our move to Warks. I have been told that we will be considered on time and it should all be as if we always were living within Warks...

So, it should all be okay (???)
