In Birmingham this will be our 8th year of the new test. Two years ago I was talking to another tutor when the subject of VR came up and he reacted in disbelief when I said there was no traditional VR in the exam and hadn't been for years. Lovely man but just simply hadn't ever asked any of his students what had been in the exam and, perhaps because he is so nice, no parent had ever rung him up to complain. He had simply read the KE website which clearly says verbal reasoning and assumed that meant codes etc..

The opening VR section is 20 mins at AGS, so that is a large topic. There must be more to it than antonyms, synonyms and homonyms ?

Going to make sure I do plenty on those now as advised above though.
