Lets be positive..

Hi all,
Just like you all i am worried about my DDs place in Indie or Gs.
And i am sure that, most of the parents are in my boat as time is ticking.
we have to be brave and face the situation.
If we look at the situation this way?
- Whatever is going to happen , either GS/Indie , is going to be good decision.
- whatever school dd/ds gets in, they are going to thrive their.
- whatever happens, is for good.
Lets be positive and face it.

It's like being at the top of a roller coaster and waiting for the big push. Friday is going to be quite an intense day. We're lucky in that we're pretty sure DS has a place but I keep going over and over in my mind if I filled the form in properly
!!

It is very very important to reinforce the fact that no matter wherever DCs end up, they will always do well if they work consistently and are motivated.
Good Luck to everyone waiting for their results - stay positive whatever the outcome because it is not the end.

Dd is worried that she has a place at gs - we've told her she'll be fine wherever she goes - but she wants to go to the gs. Following results day, I hope the girls don't fall out with each other over who has a place - or doesn't.
It is going to be a long week. I just want to know where dd is going - but not as much as she wants to know.

We got an indie place but no bursary so we have to turn that down. Not high enough for grammars, so just hoping for confirmation he gets the high school we want!

It is going to be a long week, dd's first words were she can't wait till Friday.
Please remind me anyone - as I applied online, do I get the results online early in the morning on Friday - or on Saturday?
Talk about the last mile dragging the longest.

Ginx - 2 years ago I applied by email and the results came through at 5pm by email. Posted results came the next morning.

That doesn't mean that they WILL be emailed at 08.30 of course, just "from 08.30"

Oh good, we should know before they come home from school then! When are schools told, does anyone know?
