There are buses from here though awfully long, but more concerned that DS should have someone who could remind him to get off and not stay on until it comes all the way around and home again!!

They told me today that it more or less stops on demand, in as much as when they know which children will need it they decide where it is best to pick them up.

My earlier message should say 'by town centre'

I wish they would drop by demand as my daughter reliant on a lift to and fro bus stop every am and pm which is very limiting to a working mum!

Thats a pain isn't it? We live on a really busy road which my son couldnt' yet cross on his own, but on the way back the coach will be on our side so assume won't need to be crossed over then.

Hmm.. it's walkable to the bus but 20 mins up the road on a 60mph country lane so not going to happen on my watch
