As well as proof include childname and date of birth.

Is it required to mandatory include DOB too? I have received mail from Warwickshire Admissions saying Dental or eye appointment letter within 6 months with CHILD name and Address is required and will do. Pls suggest.

Apologies pls ignore. Child name and DOB in mail and for letter it is Child name and address.

Is there any harm in sending more than 1 doc per Group?
Especially when we are not clear what suffice.

There's no harm in sending more than one I suppose but if you are unsure (like we were last year)we scanned documents and sent as PDF's then rang and checked that ...
a.This had been received,and
b.The documents sent were OK
From memory they were very helpful over the phone.My only other advice would be to do this sooner rather than later.You can always post hard copies as a back up if you like...HTH

Brilliant thanks. Just sent the mail with 2 doc's for each Group. Just as advised will be calling them to confirm all is in line with their expectation. This Forum is a boon for us Parents.
