AQS letter for September 2019 entry

Can anyone clarify for me whether we are due to receive a letter about the AQS for each school, and whether we get this before/after/at the same time as the allocations on 1st March?
I can see a copy of last year's letter on the WCC website, so I am assuming we will get the same this year?
Can anyone from last year tell me whether they received their letter before 1st March? Can't find anything on the WCC guidance (they have updated their website, so I may have missed it!).
