My daughter has moved from 13th to 9th for SGGS and 37th to 27th for AGS

Hi EJW457, Sorry for the time lapse. He was 21st on the waiting list for KES early March after initial offers. Beginning of April, he had moved to 14th. I'm going to try again tomorrow to see if there has been any more movement and will post.

I hope that you've seen some movement too :)

Another leap up the list today. Seems there is a fair amount of movement. DS has gone from 21st to 14th and now is 6th on waitlist for KES with a score of 230.

When I look at the bham region forum it seems that they get a lot of their updates about waiting lists from the actual school rather than admissions and they get a lot more information about how many have been offered etc. Does anyone know if the Warwickshire grammar schools have anything to do with the waiting lists or is everything managed by WCC?

The lists are managed by WCC on their behalf up until Christmas, at which point the schools take over the list - I think (I may be wrong!) that at that point you have to formally let the school know if you want to remain on the list then (as missing a term or more's work is quite a big thing, obviously) and most children are settled where they are by then.
