In the past they have attempted contact on any of the phone numbers you have listed on your application form - it is in their best interest to get hold of you asap as obviously you will have another school place to release which may then be offered to someone else and so on - equally, if you don't want the place (which hopefully you would already have notified them of!) they can then offer it to the next person and so on.

Last year I received an email offering my son a place at AGS. When I called to speak to them they said that they had tried to call me but the number didn't work.....seems that despite me putting our current details on the application form and everything on the portal was correct, admissions were using our details from when we applied for a primary place and we had moved since then! Anyway they got hold of us in the end and then gave us a week to respond by.
