Warwickshire 11+ when will results come out?

Just rang admissions, they have results back from CEM they need to put on their system. This should be done in next 2 weeks!!

We will receive email with a link to the portal.

Two weeks to transfer circa 3000 lines of data across? Are they printing them out, posting them to themselves and then typing them back in again?

The wording on the Warks admissions page has now been changed from “by the end of term” to “by the end of December”

Birmingham managed approx 5000 (don't know exactly figure but generally sort of around this) in 4 weeks.

So why will it take Warks around 6-7 weeks to do approx 2000 less?

Oh no...where did you see that?? In FAQ on slide 6/7?? It still says mid Dec.

Has anyone spoken to admissions recently?

No not on the FAQ, on the main admissions site in a box at the top.

I haven’t called because I’ll no doubt get an predictably vague response.

I spoke to admissions Tuesday.

I was told the papers have been marked and have been received back and the results need putting on the system.

I was told it could be another 2 weeks!

Spoke to admissions again today.

They have no date for the results. They are waiting for the examination board to input the results and send over to them to deal.

Looking like it will be the end of December.

I find it appalling that they don’t think it’s worth emailing everyone to keep them updated with this when surely they realise people will be starting to expect the results now, if not by Friday at the latest.

She said the website will be updated.

I did ask why its taking them so long when they managed Birmingham in 4 weeks. She didn't know and said they really want them themselves so they can get the information out!

They'll no doubt be closed for a few days over Christmas, so end of December is looking like the date.
