Funding Sources

I am new to this forum and would appreciate it if anyone can provide information or advice about funding. My daughter has been offered a place at a performing arts school. She unfortunately did not get one of the small number of scholarships on offer, so I am trying to identify alternative sources. Does anyone know of charitable organisations or commercial companies that would provide funding.

Many thanks

I'm afraid not.
All the best in your research.

A while ago I posted a topic about grants and you may wish to look at it. I cannot promise it will contain what you're after, but it may be worthwhile digging round in it just in case!

The topic's here and the link to the funding is on the first post:

There are sometimes local charities that support youngsters in education from your town or village. There's one in our area and it puts a small ad in the local paper about every six months telling you how and when to apply.

Our primary school also published details when it sent round details of an expensive school trip, in case parents wanted to apply for help, so it may be worth asking at your current school.
