I've already heard of at least one person being taken in by a fraudulent email over the new broohaha over the tax refunds/payable on the news just now.

Please, everyone, be aware that the tax office WILL NOT contact anyone by email so please do not give any of your details away to anyone over the internet - do not click on links from within any email - it's all a scam.
