Re: Holiday bedtimes
DD(7) and DS2(5) I put to bed at about 8.30 and Midget we'll let stay up till 9.30ish. I do quite like to have some quiet me time of an evening
Re: Holiday bedtimes
Would now like to declare complete breakdown on bedtimes - mainly due to muggy evening weather here - but it is now getting a bit silly Time to get a grip again I think!
Re: Holiday bedtimes
Yes, here too-last night DS (13) DD(16) and I sat watching the repeat of the last in series about Peter Andre which we missed on Thurs.
When it finished I realised it was midnight!
Stern measures need to be take! DS on tennis course from Mon though so hopefully we will revert to more reasonable bedtimes!

Re: Holiday bedtimes
It was just son and I at home last night. I went to veg before he did. I woke at 1:15 and he was still up...
Re: Holiday bedtimes
Just noticed typo - I meant taken. Ed's mum-was yours a typo- went to veg!!!????
That happened to me the other night, DS had sleepover. I woke at at 1.30 and they were both still fully dressed and chatting away! Grrrrrrr

Re: Holiday bedtimes
DD had a friend for a sleepover (to keep in contact with friends over the holidays) on Thursday night and they eventually got to sleep at 3.24 am
We're still getting over it today

Re: Holiday bedtimes
Not even in their own beds now! DS2 decided to have a "camp out" in DS1's bedroom last night - sofa cushions and sleeping bags were involved!
Now the athletics are nearly over it's back to normal from tonight

Re: Holiday bedtimes
Yes Zorro. A typo! I meant bed...I went to bed!
Re: Holiday bedtimes
veg is far better, and I'd've stuck with veg if I were you, Ed's Mum. Bed for Veg is seriously out on the typos (mind you, with new keyboard, you should have witnessed the pitiful number of times it took me to type this correctly!)
Re: Holiday bedtimes
(I wrote it on my phone and typed bef so it gave me veg as a sensible alternative!)
