Fish pedicure

Post by WorriedRuby »

Hi,

Has anyone done this? does it really work?

I am in mood to treat myself. :)

One of my friends has put herself through this "treat " and her feet were quite smooth and nice looking...but nothing that a pumice stone from Boots wouldn't achieve. I think the sensation is supposed to be quite relaxing though.I should imagine it would depend on how you feel about little fish squirming about between your toes .....

I think you should go ahead and then report back to us all ! :)

I'm wondering now what sort of fish do they use ? I only ask because there's a garden centre near us with low black trays containing hundreds of little fish.....and there's never any staff about ........

I was intrigued by the heading of this thread and had to check it out - just had to know what on earth a fish would want with a pedicure! :?

All had become clear now.

I'm hiring my goldfish out - anyone interested?

I just wonder how you'd put your foot in the bowl though, it's hard enough getting my hand in

I know friends who've had it done and says its great. I wouldn't mind a go but would want to go first thing in the morning before the fish have filled up on other peoples skin

I watched my brother and my cousin have theirs done in Camden. They enjoyed it and said it tickled. Can't bear the thought of it myself. When the fish are full they stay away and I can't forget that they're full because other people's dead skin is inside them.
