For scones my mum always used the milk that had been left on the side all day, and was just about to turn (sometimes it had). And though I say it myself, my mum made the best scones in the county. (Well, they were IMHO!!!).
Always make my scones with turned milk - my mum taught me that way - actually didn't know there was any other. Cake making so much nicer than SATS - shall we have an open and honest debate about baking?
Chocolate chip and raisin bread and butter pudding with Baileys creme is a gift from heaven - anyone dare to disagree?

:lol: :lol: what an amazing combination PPM!!!!! ....... only trouble is that the mods have a thing about Bailey's - can't explain - they just start acting strangely when it is mentioned 8) :? :shock: :lol: :P
