Always make my scones with turned milk - my mum taught me that way - actually didn't know there was any other. For scones my mum always used the milk that had been left on the side all day, and was just about to turn (sometimes it had). And though I say it myself, my mum made the best scones in the county. (Well, they were IMHO!!!).
Chocolate chip and raisin bread and butter pudding with Baileys creme is a gift from heaven - anyone dare to disagree?

what an amazing combination PPM!!!!! ....... only trouble is that the mods have a thing about Bailey's - can't explain - they just start acting strangely when it is mentioned
