For some reason the 'addicted to this site' won't let me post a message to you. Just wanted to say, i'm still outside looking in and thrilled to bits about your daughter. Fantastic news. Will you still call yourself Tired Mum, I hope not. Once again, great news!!!!!

Thank you so much! I am thrilled, Tired, but thrilled; more importantly I feel that my daughter is going to get the education she has worked so hard for but potentially, because of where we live, might not have happened.

I still have to/want to contribute to the forum as this short time has given me such an experience. All those calls to the authorities, schools and hours of searching documents on the web must be useful for some of the people here. I am still appealing to our first choice school but do not feel such deep despair anymore. There are so many posters out there who need our support, if only the silly postings and pictures, believe me when you feel really low that is sometimes just what you need.

I had so many PMs with support; everytime I just wanted to curl up and wilt someone would post something that made me smile.

Anyway.... I'm gibbering now. Need to speak to Mr NikNakForumAdminSensitiveCaringCyberGoodLookingWizard about renaming our thread.....not sure I like 11+ Addict - much prefer Forum and Friends Addict
