11 Plus Exams Forum

Even though my 11+ days are over, my stomach still churns at this time of year for all the parents who are waiting to receive their children's results, especially all my EPE friends. My DS1 is sitting his A levels in the summer and my DS2 will be sitting his GCSEs at the same time. I think I will be a wreck by the time the results come out in August! It never ends does it.

I just wanted to wish you all the very best of luck and do your best to keep busy until the results arrive. I know I was counting the minutes. Remember, whatever the outcome, the very fact that you are on this forum shows you are interested, conscientious, dedicated parents who want the very best for your children. This is a very strong indicator that your children are destined for success whichever school they attend.

I second that Fran ! Good luck to one and all I feel sick thinking of my own son and he hasn't even taken the test yet but can remember how I felt in 2010 with DS1...so weak and nervy I really needed DH to push me around dribbling in a wicker bathchair

Good luck everyone. Our big day was at the end of November when the 11plus results came out. DS should get his first choice school
