Tax returns 2011-2012
Hello everyone. It's me again, reminding you all about the dreaded returns. Who is going to be the first to file this year?

Oh for goodness sake there's a long way to go .
I don't do one, myself, but my husband has to. It has arrived along with his Pwhatever it is and he could fill it in today with no problem, but its far more exciting to wait till the 30th of January when we don't know where the paperwork is. As accountants it is very satisfying leaving it till the last minute

my husband has already done his!
My excuse this year is that I haven;t had P60 yet, let alone had time to lose it..
This should be my last one, back to just PAYE

I did mine a couple of weeks ago! Mine's very simple though, so I thought I would just get it done in a free moment.

There are penalties of £10 per day now for late filing, but the filing deadline is 31 Jan 2013

I guess those who do it late expect to have to pay something, whereas those who do it early are hoping for a refund

If only! Mine was still hanging over me every year as the deadline loomed - even though I was going to get all my PAYE back
