Amber, always room for you! As my dh drily commented - are you cooking for the 5000? I always seem to over-cater....

And the phrase you were looking for was not "formative" but "grim"....

Having just started big diet 2014 I blew the dust off my weight watchers cookbook, and lo and behold ...samosas...at only 75 calls each!

There is veggie ones and turkey mince with spinach, the recipe makes 15 in the oven using filo.

I am deffo making some for tomorrow's lunch as I have a wrap of filo in the fridge.

Now back to silent witness and my knitting...such a full life :lol:

Have overdosed on samosas.
Week long meeting with client and we get lunch brought in.
This includes a monster amount of samosas.
I won't tell you how many I've just eaten.

And I get them tomorrow and Friday. Possibly next week too.

And pastries for morning and afternoon

I can't believe we are still talking samosas! And I still haven't had one! Meh!
