Samosas

I haven't made samosas tonight, but have made lamb saag, kofta, dhaal, amchoor chicken, rice and parathas (or at least, I will make them later!) for our NYE Indian feast.!

Room for one more? I don't like what we are having but as others are cooking I have to keep quiet.

Having just started big diet 2014 I blew the dust off my weight watchers cookbook, and lo and behold ...samosas...at only 75 calls each!

There is veggie ones and turkey mince with spinach, the recipe makes 15 in the oven using filo.

I am deffo making some for tomorrow's lunch as I have a wrap of filo in the fridge.

Now back to silent witness and my knitting...such a full life

Week long meeting with client and we get lunch brought in.
This includes a monster amount of samosas.
I won't tell you how many I've just eaten.

I can't believe we are still talking samosas! And I still haven't had one! Meh!
