I work for a federation of schools where the children come from a variety of backgrounds.
I began the 11+ club for the federation yesterday and some of the parents asked me to explain what the 11+ meant for their children, had no prior knowledge of our selective schools and couldn't thank me enough for the opportunity that was being given to their children.
