Maybe contact Toyota and see if they hire Landcruisers? Mine is an 8 seater and I love it...

Why stop at nine seats? Reminds me of my Landrover 110 twelve seater, oh I remember insurance problems.
Most modern baby-buses are six or seven seats, MB (Vito/Vanio) and others do 8/9 seat van conversions that are available on rental and taxi fleets. But as a niche market at a premium price.

Can one of your guests drive? Why not just hire a small car if so and go out in two cars?

Good point Amber - or even your OH? Much easier and cheaper to hire a small car and split families across the two cars.
