Hi All

Due to essential maintenance work on the site server, Programmer has to take this site down from 7.30am tomorrow, Tuesday 25th August, for what is hoped to be no more than half an hour.

We hope this doesn't inconvenience anyone, and we look forward to seeing you all again at 8.00am for a coffee and a chat.

Hi All

Although the server upgrade appeared to go without a hitch, there was a blip at around 9.30 am.

Threads and posts for the last 36 hours vanished, but were later reinstated.

A very few posts from this morning were lost - perhaps 2 or 3.

Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience.

Programmer responds exceptionally quickly to issues like this, and they are always things that are beyond his immediate control.

He is a Very Good Programmer.
