I had posted it in the Birmingham section as this conference is taking place in Birmingham.

Sometimes, there are conferences in other cities (Londoners being lucky as being the most spoiled by these!).
What I could do is try to update this thread in this 'everything else' section by the conferences I hear about in other cities.

That's OK - I moved it as it is not related to 11 plus or schools and while I wouldn't be interested in such events it may be that others outside of Birmingham are and you will get a wider audience
