Samosas
There are at least three threads on this forum ATM which mention samosas. Does anyone have a foolproof recipe for these, preferably a vegetarian one? I've always been put off by the apparent dexterity and artistic talent needed to stop them from turning into mushy fatty blobs. I don't have a deep fat fryer.

I've never tried to make them myself, Amber, but I do love watching Anjum Anand. Do let me know how it goes if you try them. I may even have a go myself.

Re: Samosas
Although I have eaten many (many, many) samosas, I've never been brave enough to attempt to make them!!!

In my case persuade someone on the same project at work to order when it is their birthday/project milestone/leaving do/some other suitable reason to buy them.
Usually meat, chicken and veggie ones are ordered to suit all.
You do have to be quick though.
Re: Samosas
I want to make them!
Maybe we can try together KS10? I saw that recipe myself but never trust a recipe which calls itself 'easy' for something so obviously not easy as samosas.

Re: Samosas
The recipe does look quite straight forward - I might even try it. I love samosas
