Today my 11 year old daughter was trying to be a punk, so she used some petroleum jelly to spike her hair up.
later on she laid her head on our pillow and it turned black. We looked on this site to try find out how to get the stuff out. It came up with lots of strange things!!

These are the things we tried -
Lemon juice, 5 conditioners, an anti-dandruff shampoo, 2 other shampoos, spray olive oil and washing up liquid.
Tommorow we are going to the shops to buy some coke and baby oil!!!!?????

Edit: I have worked out that your signature is probably your email address, and the free email provider's name is a banned word on the Forum.

I assume her hair turned black and not the pillow case?

Was it petroleum jelly she put on her hair, or petroleum?
