As she isn’t doing French and has never taken spainish there is no motivation for her to. :lol: (unless someone wants to pay her, in which case she then usually has lots of motivation :roll: )

However she has said it is quite easy and quick to do. She just used the AQA website. Apparently there was vocab list in subject content for german. She had to cut and paste each individual block of words into quizlet.

My aim is certainly not to advertise any product, but while making a search for a French A level textbook, I ‘landed’ on a page which is rather for beginner’s level! :shock: :x However, the interesting side of the story is that I now know about FlashSticks, which are sticky notes to help learn vocabulary.

That might interest some of you, not necessarily to buy them but also to make them yourself ( the idea of using different colour for masculine, feminine, adverbs ad verbs is rather a good one!).

It exists in whole box set like here
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00 ... ROKL5A1OLE" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

and in pack of two hundred words
https://www.amazon.co.uk/FlashSticks-Fr ... QMWAYYCTXK" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

That exists also in other foreign languages like
Spanish
https://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_ss ... TQMETI3FN4" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

German
https://www.amazon.co.uk/FlashSticks-Ge ... cks+German" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Italian
https://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_no ... ks+Italian" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

and even if you wish to learn British sign language: :D
https://www.amazon.co.uk/FlashSticks-Br ... ks+Italian" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

For anyone with DCs doing german, DD has just discovered

https://slowgerman.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Might be better for those doing gcse rather than starting up in year 7, but sounds like excellent german listening practise.

No-one actually studying German in the Toad household currently, but I've just bookmarked the site - thank you for this :D .
