I am looking for some support here !! My DS due to sit grammar tests in Sept onwards did the above paper last night and scored 34/60 ! He is normally good at NVR but this score came as a huge shock to him and to us when we thought all was going so well ! I have heard this paper is a tricky one but would really like to hear if anyone else's children have found this difficult ? I am trying to put it down to a bad day but in fact it was a terrible day !!! Any words of wisdom would be great thank you...

I've heard so many horror stories about NFER Paper A. Do you think we should skip this paper, or is worth wading through??????
