Please could someone help me with the last question on paper 5' really dont understand how the answer is d (vh)?

My ds thinks the anser is VH, as V represents an odd number of sides on the outside shape, H represents the colour/shading in the inside shape- seems logical to me!

Your DD is absolutely right...the answer in d(VH) and the logic she tells is correct
