NVR Letts Multiple Choice practice paper D

Hoping someone can help.
We've been stuck on section 5' question 7 for 30 mins and do not understand why the answer is E, code G&K.
Can someone please explain the rationale.

This is a very weird question. I thought the answer was LD (b). I cannot see why the answer would be (e) whatsoever.

We also kept coming back to B, LD. The L signifying the 3 *** and the D being the clear angle.

I can see how it would be LD or LK - LK if the L is for the number of x and the k being the orientation of the shape, but definitely not GK.
How strange!!

My sister and I think there could be a mistake with the answer to this question.
