Matrices help needed

We are finding some of the matrices questions difficult. For example:

Not sure if it will copy correctly but it is question 4 http://www.indiabix.com/non-verbal-reas ... re-matrix/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Has anyone got any good tips on matrices and can anyone recommend some good matrices study material?
