Kent Test 2014 NVR and Spatial reasoning

The above quote is from the Familiarisation Document.The questions themselves are timed, taking 4-5 minutes each (there are five subtests).
Is this just badly worded? Do they mean each subtest will take 4-5 mins or are there NVR/ Spatial reasoning questions out there that take that long
?
