Can anyone who has this pack please explain the reason behind the answer?

Again, assuming I have right paper, each row has a black, white and striped heart. Ours needs to be striped. Each row also has a heart with the point facing downwards, the point facing left and the point facing right. We are missing the one with the point facing left so E must be the answer.
