Thank you for posting this. Did know about the Green Paper but have not read or gone in to it any further. I will now have a read - I think it's only 186 pages long. Maybe I could do that with a glass of wine in the garden!!!

These are wide-ranging proposals, including boosting the role of mediation in the appeal process, which may become mandatory.
