:shock: So there's someone at NFER who sits there reading EPE? Which of us is it?

Senmum...Just wondering...when you say that you had excellent legal advice how did you find a solicitor specialising in this?
I have had a look at Bucks guide to adjustments and asked Kent CC yesterday if they had something similar but it seems that they do not...though I will keep looking :lol:

Every 11+ school should have a reasonable adjustments policy . When I got the initial reply from Essex that they did not give extra time I rang round a few firms that specialise in disability discrimination -eventually got a reply from one that was very helpful Bindmans LLP in London -lady by the name of Gwendolen Morgan . But costs are around 200 per hour. But advice was very good would you like to see some of the legal advice on reasonable adjustments? If so pm me
