Just wondering there are different categories for admission in Birmingham GS, and EHCP children can apply to the school meeting their needs if achieve qualifying score, is there any priority for children who don’t have an EHCP but have additional needs?

I think we looked at this before - there are no other categories than EHCP - the only option would be to appeal and you could maybe use the evidence that you have re assessments etc as evidence as to why he did not achieve 224

You can apply for reasonable adjustments. It’s not an admission category but I mention in case you’ve not seen them already.
