If you really want to know you can subscribe to the Telegraph free for 30 days, but I wouldn't worry, the tables don't mean very much. Are you happy with your son's school? That's the main thing.
(There are similar league tables elsewhere, for example the BBC website).

Did your school not publish their placing? My daughters school did... But to be fair she's at Colchester girls so they were doing it for bragging rights!

Most schools tend to publish on a newsletter where they feature, or, as already said, subscribe for the free period then cancel it once you've found out.

I agree. I think that's what gets lost on this forum is people bypass the important things - is your child happy, are they thriving, are they socially fulfilled as well as academically - in favour of league table positions and bragging rights.

My child is happy, her school is amazing regardless of its place on the listings but I would still be interested to know where it is just simply because I think her school deserves a good ranking and I know she would be proud to know that all of her amazing teacher’s hard work and that of the girls has paid off.

That made me chuckle - maybe it's a boy/girl thing but my boys wouldn't give a monkey's where their school was on the list, or that their "amazing teacher's hard work...had paid off" - they do care that they are happy and taught well (at least they moan excessively if they feel a teacher isn't up to par!) - and the food in the canteen isn't up to scratch - and the rugby is not as good as it was!

My daughter hates league tables says the schools bragging puts undue pressure on them and makes them anxious
