Link to regional area information

Hi
I would like to put forward a suggestion to the forum administrator.
It is reasonably obvious that a lot of new posters to the forum actually bye-pass the home page of the site and come directly to the forum.
However there is regional information that people can access that will answer a large number of queries.
Would it be possible to place a generic statement as the first posting on each regional section directing people to the regional information?
